Cancellation Policy

Maison Sterling Living - Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Maison Sterling Living, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our team, the following policy appllies to all bookings made online or directly with us. 1. Cancellation policy - Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service are free of charge. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 100% of the booking value. 2. Rescheduling Policy - You may reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. - Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be treated as a cancellation and charged accordingly. 3. Access to property - Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. - If our team is unable to enter the property, the booking will be treated as last-minute cancellation, an the full servie fee may apply. 4. Our Community to You -If we need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a priority rebooking or suitable alternative at no extra cost. 5. Exceptional Circumstances We understand emergencies happen. Fees may be waived at our discretion in genuine cases. By booking with Maison Sterling Living, you agree to the above terms.
