 Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

Maison Sterling Living provides professional residential cleaning services tailored to your home's needs. Our services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialized move-in/move-out packages.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All service requests are subject to availability. A booking is formally confirmed only upon receipt of our written confirmation email containing your scheduled date and window of arrival.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit cards and secure electronic transfers. All rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes based on the property location.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
  • Cancellations more than 48 hours prior to service: No charge.
  • Cancellations within 24-48 hours: 50% service fee applies.
  • Cancellations under 24 hours: 100% service fee applies.
5. Access to Property

Clients must ensure safe and reliable access to the premises. If our team is unable to enter the property due to faulty keys, alarm issues, or lack of presence, the full service fee will apply.

6. Equipment & Supplies

We supply all professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning agents and equipment. Maison Sterling Living assumes no liability for damage caused by products or tools provided by the client.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Our work is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the quality of cleaning, notify us within 24 hours. We will promptly return to re-clean any overlooked areas at no additional cost.

8. Liability & Insurance

We are fully bonded and insured. While we treat every home with utmost care, our liability is strictly limited to the direct repair cost of damages verified to be caused by our team.

9. Damage & Breakage

Damage must be reported within 24 hours of service. We are not responsible for damage resulting from normal 'wear and tear' or items that were already fragile or improperly secured.

10. Health & Safety

For staff safety, we do not handle biohazards, mold, or extreme pest infestations. We reserve the right to vacate the premises if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsanitary for our cleaners.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We protect your personal data according to modern privacy standards. Information provided to Maison Sterling Living will only be used for communication and service optimization purposes.

12. Non-Solicitation

Our employees undergo extensive screening and training. Clients agree not to independently hire our staff for private services for one year following the termination of our agreement.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to acts of God, extreme weather, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control that make service performance impossible.

14. Termination

Either party may end the recurring service relationship with 7 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for safety concerns or non-payment.

15. Amendments to Terms

Maison Sterling Living may update these terms to reflect changes in service, law, or business operations. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

16. Governing Law

These terms and your use of our services are governed by the laws of the local jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in the service area.
